What are your candles made of?
We use a quality vegan blend of coconut & natural soy wax that holds a heavy fragrance load and provides an excellent fragrance throw. It has a smooth creamy white appearance and promotes optimum burn performance and wax consumption (this equals a slower burning candle extending your experience).
Our coconut and soy wax blend is FDA approved, cruelty free, lead free, gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, and come from renewable sources.

What's the difference between the Elixir collection & the Mantra collection?
At NstantRemedies, we offer different ways to fill your home with wonderful fragrances and tie them to different ways of inspiring your mind.
Our Elixir collection uses the power of nature and aromatherapy. Boosted with added essential oils to maximize effect, the fragrance in each candle triggers the brain's responses to make you feel calm, energized, focused and so much more.
Our Mantra collection uses the power of positive words and affirmations. This range pairs carefully curated affirmations with thoughtfully fragranced candles to provide useful mantras to assist with matters like overthinking, self-efficacy, esteem, value and worth.
Regardless of the line, NstantRemedies will provide a beautiful candle hand-crafted, highly scented, hand-poured in small batches with love; the perfect touch to your space beautiful décor for your home.

How do our candles work?
As Humans, our sense of smell is directly tied to emotion and memory. To curate our fragrances, research was done to help us carefully select essential oils & fragrance oils that directly offer aid to different emotional or physical symptoms/feelings like stress or headaches.
We've made sure that each fragrance solidifies the tie to emotion and memory by allowing the mind to recognize the link between the science, the experience and the smell.

How to care for my wood wick candle?
Wood wicks are so special and are perfect pair to candles, but they can be temperamental. Not only do they provide a cozy ambience when candle burning, they also offer a calming crackling noise and a dancing flame –just like a real fire.
If your wood wick candle won’t stay lit, it's most likely because the wick is too long &/or it needs to be trimmed and cleaned of charred material.
Remember that its the wax fueling your candle's flame, not the wood. The flame draws the wax up the wick, so if it isn't short and clean, the wax fails to make it to the flame.
Your wood wick should be trimmed to about ⅛” - be sure to clean off any burnt and charred bits.
To trim your wick, you can use fancy wick trimmers, an old set of nail clippers or (my personal fave) – a tissue paper and your fingers to gently break off the burnt parts of the wick. Whichever method you use, make sure the flame is extinguished and the wax is cool.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Absolutely. Please submit an inquiry using our Contact Card and someone will respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours.

What are Fragrance Notes?
Notes are the identified layers of mixed fragrances that make up your candle or melt. A perfect blend of these fragrance notes make for a pleasant and lasting scent.
- Top Note: The initial impression of a fragrance – evaporates the quickest.
- Middle Note: The main body of the fragrance – the most prominent.
- Base Note: The final impression of the fragrance – lingers the longest.

Do you offer scent samples?
Depending on availability, a random free sample may be included with your order. However, a sample set is available for purchase. This set includes your selection of the Elixir collection in 1.5 oz candles for your exploration and enjoyment!

What are Wax Melts?
Wax melts are small chunks of wax that when melted emit your favorite fragrances throughout any room. Unlike traditional scented candles, they do not contain candle wicks and are not burned, but rather gently warmed. With the exception of tea light wax warmers, wax melts do not require a flame to scent a room, which makes them an excellent alternative for those who don’t like the idea of a flame burning in their home.

What size candle should I get?
To maximize the scent throw, burn the candle in a space reflective of the candles' size.
8 oz candles or smaller are perfect for small spaces. Burn these candles in a bedroom, bathroom or hallway.
9 - 15 oz candles are ideal for large spaces. Burn these candles in a kitchen, living space or dining area.
Candles 16 oz or bigger are perfect for backyard spaces, basements or can be used as awesome décor statement pieces.

What causes a candle to smoke, and what can I do to correct it?
When a wick becomes too long, or an air current disturbs the flame’s teardrop shape, small amounts of unburned carbon particles (soot) will escape from the flame as a visible wisp of smoke. Any candle will soot if the flame is disturbed.
To avoid this, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch (cotton) or 1/8 inch (wooden) before every use and be sure to place candles away from drafts, vents or air currents. If a candle continually flickers or smokes, it is not burning properly and should be extinguished. Allow the candle to cool, trim the wick, make sure the area is draft free, then re-light.

Unfortunately, all orders are final. If an incorrect address was provided, please email contactNR@nstantremedies.com and notify us as soon as possible.
If it has not yet been mailed out, then we may be able to update the address.

When placing an order on BathandBodyWorks.com, only one credit/debit card may be used per order. If paying with a Bath & Body Works gift card, a credit/debit card may be used for any additional balance owed.
